Most rental users struggle with unpredictable availability, unclear pricing and slow onboarding. Offline rental dealers face the opposite challenge. They have vehicles ready to serve but lack digital visibility and tools to manage demand. Our challenge was to bridge both worlds and build a single platform that makes renting simple and transparent for customers while empowering local dealers to grow.

The goal is to design an experience that lets users discover, book and manage rentals with confidence. Rento focuses on speed, clarity and real time availability. Users can book bikes, cars and EVs without switching apps while verified dealers handle inventory, pricing and support. The goal was to create a system that supports both B2C customers and B2B partners through one clean and connected interface.

Dealers shared their need for digital visibility, real time management and easier verification. These insights guided us toward a simple design system, an upfront pricing model and a streamlined KYC flow that works smoothly for everyone.
